Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how mi media intelligence SL uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise you and remember preferences. Cookies can be “session cookies” (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent cookies” (stored until they expire or you delete them).
2. Legal Basis
- GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in particular Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f)
- LSSI-CE: Ley 34/2002, Article 22.2 — informed consent for non-essential cookies
- LOPDGDD: Ley Orgánica 3/2018 — Spanish Data Protection Law
- ePrivacy Directive: 2002/58/EC (as amended)
In accordance with Article 22.2 LSSI-CE and the GDPR, we require your explicit, informed consent before setting any non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, but we disclose them below for transparency.
3. Cookies Used on This Site
At present, this website sets no cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible Analytics, EU) is cookie-less by design. We use no marketing, advertising, functional or session cookies. No third-party cookies are set.
Should we ever introduce cookies in the future (for example a session cookie for authenticated areas, or a consent preference cookie), we will:
- Document each cookie in this policy with its name, purpose, duration, and provider.
- Display a cookie consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set, in accordance with Article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
- Treat strictly necessary cookies under the LSSI-CE exemption (Article 22.2) and obtain explicit, informed consent for all other categories under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Allow you to withdraw consent at any time via a footer "Cookie Settings" control.
4. Categories We Will Use If Cookies Are Introduced
4.1 Strictly Necessary
Cookies that are required for the website to function (session state, consent preference). Legal basis: Article 22.2 LSSI-CE exemption and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These cookies do not require consent but will be disclosed.
4.2 Functional
Cookies enabling enhanced functionality, such as interface preferences. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
4.3 Analytics
Today we use Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies. If we ever introduce a cookie-based analytics provider, prior consent will be required.
4.4 Marketing
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies and have no plans to.
5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
- Future banner: when we introduce cookies, a consent banner will appear on first visit and a footer link "Cookie Settings" will let you adjust your choices at any time.

6. Third-Party Cookies
